We engaged Rahul Shah and Sharon Givoni Consulting for legal oversight and structuring on a complex artwork acquisition and RWA tokenisation agreement involving multiple parties and jurisdictions. From start to finish, Rahul was clear, responsive, and commercially grounded. He helped guide the agreement through to formal execution, ensured it was binding, and clearly articulated the next steps around Conditions Precedent so that all parties could move forward with confidence. What stood out most was the balance between legal precision and practical execution. The advice was measured, risk-aware, and focused on momentum rather than unnecessary delay, which was critical given the nature of the transaction. We appreciated the professionalism, clarity of communication, and the confidence that came from knowing the agreement had been properly structured and executed. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Rahul and Sharon Givoni Consulting again on future matters of similar complexity.
